Deep Sleep 2am (Delta Wave)
So, it's 2am. You can't sleep. I know the feeling, which is why I wrote this music especially for those times when you mind is busy, you have awoken and are feeling anxious or stressed. The music starts with purpose. Sweeping synths, choirs and other rich elements, designed to capture your attention, and to take you away from the moment.
Over the next few minutes the delta wave is introduced, not to captivate but to subtly start to engage with your natural brain activity and slowly bring you into alignment for sleep. Ultimately the music simplifies, and the dellta wave becomes more prominent, and as you near the end, the musicality is minimal, the synths are absent, the volumes reduce, and quite possibly you will be ready for that blissful sleep.
I hope you enjoy this music, and you get the sleep you so need and deserve.
