The first in my Deep Sleep series, this 37-minute soundscape is designed to ease you gently into rest, or help you fall back to sleep, if you’ve woken during the night.

Simple and uncluttered, it features puretone frequencies that help calm a restless mind, supported by the soft, steady sound of a cat purring throughout. No distractions, just a soothing, consistent atmosphere, with a little decorative ornamentation to help you settle.

Close your eyes. Breathe deeply. Let the gentle hum and soothing purrs guide you into stillness.
